There are no prerequisites in terms of age, experience, education or skills required to launch your own Intimo business. All you need is an appreciation of the Intimo product and a desire to run your own business. Comprehensive business launch training resources are provided to all new Stylists and there are numerous learning and development programs and resources available as your business and experience grows, so support and training is available along the way.
First off, book eight starter presentations. These will be your initial bookings to launch your business and are also a great way to practice, learn and refine your presentation. It is great to start with your family and friends, who will be delighted to support your new business and enjoy the Hostess discounts! You can also hold your own in home launch party where you can invite friends over to view the range and your new business.
Once you have your eight dates locked in, you can complete your enrolment with your sponsor, sign your Limited Agency Deed (Aus) or Contractors Agreement (NZ) and purchase your Intimo Product Starter Kit. Congratulations, you are in business!
The Intimo Stylish Start Kit is made up of a range of bras, briefs and garments from the Foundation and Intimate Collections in a variety of sizes and styles. This kit has been carefully constructed to offer every new Stylist with a formula of garments that will allow them to fit and style a wide variety of customers. The garments are packaged in an exclusive Intimo kit bag that can be easily transported to presentations.
As a new Stylist you can purchase additional samples at a discount rate, however the contents of the Boutique in a Bag provide everything you need to launch your business and start presenting, fitting and selling. Don't forget, Intimo also offers a number of sales based promotions where you can earn vouchers to select additional samples or new releases for your kit at no cost.
The lingerie market in Australia alone is valued at over $500 million a year and continues to grow as lingerie is fast becoming a fashion item in it's own right. No longer hidden under garments, lingerie now makes a statement of it's own and has become a firm fixture in the fashion world. Innovations in the production of bras has also seen a new range of technically advanced designs that offer more functions and support to the wearer, such that every woman can now build a lingerie wardrobe with different bras to suit specific needs. Even more compelling is that fact that the average cup size of women in Australia is increasing and there is a growing demand for larger cup sizes and expert bra fitting and styling. Not to worry. Intimo provides comprehesive training in bra measuring and fitting and a range of bra and product resources to assist and help get you started, including a bra measuring chart, a fitting guide and detailed information and styling sheets for each individual product.
It is up to you. This is your business and you make the decisions and allocation of time to suit your financial needs and business goals. We recommend that you allow a minimum of 4 hours per presentation for pre presentation Hostess Coaching, the actual presentation and then your customer service follow up afterwards, so with just twelve hours per week, you could book in three presentations.
Once again, the choice is yours, but with Intimo you can start earning straight away. Payments are made on the fourth working day of every month, so as soon as you start submitting orders, you can begin earning an income.
No. Intimo does not operate with territories, you can run your business within Australia and New Zealand without geographical restrictions.
