Tips on Hosting a Great Intimo Presentation
Here are some tips on how to make your presentation simple, fun and fabulous.
Create a guest list
Invite everyone in your social circle. Think of all the people you know from all the different facets of your life - family, friends, workmates, neighbours, sports players and invite them all! Look at your email address book, scroll through the contacts on your mobile phone or open up your diary to see who else would be interested.
Send out Invitations
For those who like printed invitations to place on the fridge or reminder board, try the gorgeous invitations in the Intimo Hostess Pack. Simply fill out the blanks and pop in the mail, drop into friends' letterboxes or hand out at work. If you are more of a digital organiser, try the Intimo electronic invitations, send out an email or set up an event in your Facebook network. A couple of days before your presentation, you can also send out an email or text message as a last minute reminder.
Show the Intimo Catalogue to everyone
Hand out the Intimo catalogue or encourage all your guests to browse the Intimo website online before the presentation so they can view the Intimo Collections, preview the latest releases and get excited about what they can try on.
Collect Outside Bookings and Orders
Don't forget, anyone who is not able to attend can still place an order at your presentation based on the catalogue or website. Just write their order down on the Additional Orders sheet in the Hostess Pack. These also contribute to your Hostess credits and vouchers.
Select your Favourite Items
Which garments from the Intimo Collections are your favourites? Let your Stylist know so that she can help you work towards receiving these items as part of your Hostess credits and vouchers.
Set Up for the Presentation
Simply prepare some light refreshments. There is no need to prepare anything elaborate - simple and easy works best! Your Stylist will need an area for the presentation of garments itself - she will let you know what is suitable - and a fitting room.
Setting Up the Fitting Room
A personalised bra measure is one of the extra special benefits your guests can enjoy at your presentation. Put aside a room - preferably a bedroom - as your fitting room. Ensure that there is a mirror in the room, the temperature is not too cool and your Stylist has an area (for example, the bed) in which to spread out the samples for everyone to try on.
Relax, Have Fun and Enjoy Yourself!
This is your time to enjoy. Your Stylist will take care of the ordering, fitting and running of the presentation, so you can sit back, catch up with your guests and most importantly have fun!
Try on as many different styles as possible and encourage your guests to do the same! Ask your Stylist all the questions you wish. She is there to help and will be in a position to offer a better service when she knows what you want.
