Terms and Conditions

Exclusive promotional gifts are offered to Customers that fulfil the relevant qualification criteria assigned to the specific promotion within the promotional period. This includes minimum total spend. Items offered as Customer Promotion or Referral Gifts are available only while stock lasts.

FIT IT FORWARD®

Introduction

1.1. The Intimo Fit it Forward® Referral Program ("Program") is operated by Quality Garments Pty Ltd (ABN 11 098 152 839) ("Intimo") for residents of Australia and New Zealand.

1.2. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Intimo's Privacy Policy, available on Intimo's website.

1.3. Intimo reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time without notice to you.

Eligibility

2.1. To participate in the Program, you must be an Intimo customer who is at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia or New Zealand.

Referral Gifts

3.1. To earn referral gifts, you must follow the steps outlined in the Program Description.

3.2 A referral is considered successful when the eligible referred customer 1. books their own FITME® appointment using your unique referral code; and 2. Spends at least $300 on Intimo products, excluding postage and handling. As noted, during the booking process, the referred customer must use the unique referral code provided by the referring customer to gain access to the free bra (“Customer Gift”) and to ensure that the referring customer is gifted for the referral.

3.3. A customer will not be eligible to be referred to Intimo if they have previously purchased product(s) from Intimo during the 5 month period preceding the date of their referral order.

3.4. Each successful referral will earn you one item from your referral gift list, valued at up to $150 (“Referral Gift”).

3.5. If a Referral Gift is out of stock or discontinued, Intimo reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal value.

3.6. Only products which form part of the gift suite maintained by Intimo (“Gift Suite”) will be eligible to be included in your referral gift list. The Gift Suite is determined by Intimo at its absolute discretion and may change without notice from time to time.

3.7. Intimo reserves the right to change the referral gift structure at its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to you.

3.8. Referral Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product, other than those products which are available in the Gift Suite at the time that the original customer order is placed.

3.9. If you wish to exchange a Referral Gift in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

3.10. Intimo reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time without notice to you.

Customer Gifts

Intimo offers customer gifts as a way to acknowledge and appreciate retail behaviours of their customers, such as meeting a minimum spending threshold or making a purchase through a referral. These gifts are provided to customers who make a purchase from Intimo.

4.1. In order to claim their free bra (“Customer Gift”), a referred customer must attend an appointment for an Intimo FITME® experience and make a purchase of at least $300 worth of Intimo products.

4.2. The minimum purchase amount of $300 includes GST but excludes postage and handling costs.

4.3. The Customer Gift shall be a product available as part of the Gift Suite and will be selected by the referred customer with the assistance of their stylist at the time of placing the qualifying order.

4.4. The Customer Gift provided by Intimo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

4.5. If the Customer Gift does not fit correctly, it can be returned and exchanged for an alternative size in the same style. Garments must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

4.6. Customer Gifts will be dispatched together with the customer orders.

4.7. Referred customers are eligible for the Customer Gift as long as they have not made a purchase at Intimo in the 5 months prior to placing their order.

Referral Codes

A referral code is Intimo’s unique code given to an existing customer, which can then be shared with their family and friends to encourage them to become customers as well.   

5.1. Referral codes are unique to each Intimo customer and to each order which qualifies the referrer into the Program.

5.2. Referral codes are non-transferable.

5.3. Your friends must use your referral code during the FITME® appointment booking process to access their free bra and for you to be recognised for the referral.

5.4. Referral codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

5.5. Up to five qualifying customers can redeem their gift using a single unique referral code from their referrer.

Conduct

6.1. You agree to participate in the Program in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

6.3. You agree not to join the Program for the purpose of reselling your gifted product.

6.4. Intimo reserves the right to disqualify you from the Program if you engage in any conduct that is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Intimo is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury suffered or incurred by you in connection with the Program.

7.2. Intimo is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Program guide or any other materials related to the Program.

7.3. Intimo is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent you from participating in the Program or receiving Referral Gifts.

Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

CUSTOMER GIFT WITH PURCHASE

1. INTRODUCTION 

1.1 The Intimo Gift with Purchase Promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Quality Garments Pty Ltd (ABN 11 098 152 839) (“Intimo”) for residents of Australia and New Zealand.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 To participate in the Promotion, you must be a customer of Intimo and a resident of Australia or New Zealand.

2.2 To participate in the Promotion, customers must place their order through an Intimo Stylist. The Promotion is exclusively available through Intimo Stylists only and cannot be accessed online. 

3. THE GIFT

Intimo offers a customer a gift as a way to acknowledge and appreciate their retail behaviour, such as meeting customer minimum spend thresholds. These gifts are only given to customers who make their purchase from Intimo via an Intimo Stylist. 

3.1 Customers who spend AU/NZ$300 or more on Intimo product in a single transaction (excluding postage and handling) will be eligible to receive one gift (“Customer Gift”) from a selected Gift Suite maintained by Intimo (“Gift Suite”). 

3.2 Customers who spend AU/NZ$650 or more on Intimo products in a single transaction (excluding postage and handling) are eligible to receive two Customer Gifts from the Gift Suite.

3.3 The quoted spend thresholds include GST and do not include postage and handling.

3.4 Only products which form part of the Gift Suite maintained by Intimo will be eligible to be included as the Gift(s). 

3.5 Customer Gifts will be dispatched together with customer orders.

3.6 The Customer Gift shall be a product made available as part of the Gift Suite and will be selected by the customer and added to their qualifying order with the assistance of their Stylist.

3.7 If a Customer Gift is out of stock or discontinued, Intimo reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal value.  

Intimo may, at its discretion, contact the Stylist and/or the customer when selecting the substitute gift.

3.8 Intimo reserves the right to change the Gift Suite and gift structure at its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to you. 

3.9 Customer Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product, other than those products which are available in the Gift Suite at the time that the original customer order is placed and original gift was selected.

3.10 If you wish to exchange a Customer Gift in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. 

3.11 Intimo reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time without notice to you.

4. CONDUCT 

4.1 You agree to participate in the Promotion in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

4.2 You agree not to engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. 

4.3 You agree not to resell any Customer Gift received from Intimo. 

4.4 Intimo reserves the right to disqualify you from the Promotion if you engage in any of the above-mentioned conduct.
